Lifestyle Training
“The quality of life is based on the consistency of the motions and emotions we create and experience,” says motivational mentor, Tony Robbins. Lifestyle Training is coaching at its best. This is an interactive service that combines life coaching with guided Imagery for personal and/or professional growth OR personal training. The purpose is to set powerful intentions, take action to move forward and create the momentum to sustain long lasting change.
With Guided Imagery - $85 for 1 Hour, 15 Minutes
While relaxing in safe and quiet space, individuals will be taken on a brief journey through the subconscious mind to ground into their intention, envision their goals and the outcomes they desire most. This session includes a 30 minute, personalized guided imagery experience which allows the individual to go within and focus on the personal or professional life changes they seek. Afterwards, the individual and the coach will discuss the experience, prioritize the desired changes with various coaching techniques and create an individual development plan of action. This plan will document their process, required actions and goal deadlines from each session, which the coach will hold them accountable to.
*Music, Calming Sounds and Aromatherapy during the session are available upon request at no additional charge.

With Personal Training - $95 for 1 Hour
Individuals may be trained on a walk, during a hike or through a personal workout session. Create action through motion. Enhance the mind/body connection through self-image while setting achievable goals where commitment and passion truly exist. This is next-level personal training serving the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bodies while providing that push that everyone needs to get up, go and maintain! Individuals are coached out of their excuses and into achievement with healthy new disciplines, structure and an Individual Target Plan (ITP) which will support sustainable change in all desired areas. When we put the body in motion, we change our biochemistry and we feel great. When we feel great, our mind is clear. When we are clear we are driven to use that positive energy to create powerful plans and purposeful actions for permanent change.
